The future of building
has a system.
Modular timber construction creates space for learning, working, housing and living.
From pioneer to
leading provider
The future belongs to the brave.
In recent years, we have developed from a pioneer in modular timber construction to one of the leading providers in Germany and Austria. This success is the result of a special blend of experience, expertise, passion and courage. This is our entrepreneurial trademark and the DNA of our employees. They are real team players – together with our clients, with our partners and among themselves. This results in constructive input that opens up new perspectives in the modular construction principle and thus successfully implements projects of the highest quality.

The future is modular
The room module - pure efficiency
Modern modular timber construction requires both craftsmanship and industrial achievements. Cooperation between the two is crucial. Conventional construction is a waste of material. Serial construction is different: Here, each installed part is delivered made to measure and installed as part of series production. All materials used are part of a digitized circular economy. In view of the climate crisis, no one can afford to waste resources when building. The room module achieves the highest possible degree of prefabrication in order to reduce the trades on the construction site to a minimum. This significantly increases the quality of construction and considerably shortens the construction time.
Three module types -
many uses
The closed room module enables the highest degree of prefabrication and is used in hotels, student apartments, apartments and social properties. The semi-open and open room modules are created for larger room structures such as open spaces in office buildings, classrooms in schools and daycare centers, as well as for flexible areas, for example on the ground floor of a residential building.
