Module production on rails
On our production lines in Kalwang (A) Berlin (D) and Rostock (D), we produce up to 4,000 room modules per year on an area of 17,000 m2 with a prefabrication level of up to 95%, designed for a wide range of applications.
Room modules leave the factory ready for construction and quality-tested
Depending on utilisation, the room modules are finished inside with all surfaces, windows and doors, all sanitary equipment components are installed and, if desired, furniture is fitted. As in the automotive industry, the individual trades are docked onto the production line. The finished modules then pass through our quality control before leaving the factory just-in-time for the construction site.
Digital precision
For the fully digitalised module, countless manual steps are carried out in prefabrication, each of which is digitally documented.
Up to 50% reduction in construction time
While the shell is being built on the construction site, the modules are prefabricated on the production lines. As soon as the shell has been completed, the modules are delivered and placed directly onto the building. In just a few days, the entire building is completed and the remaining work can begin. We act as the general contractor for all trades. This ensures quality and costs for the client.
