The modular planning process differs significantly
from that of conventional construction.

The decisive factor here is that it starts very early in order to set the course for highly efficient production at an early stage. We support the planning team of architects and specialist planners at an early stage in order to give the client schedule and cost certainty right from the start. Based on the architecture and specialist planning, we create a 3D model and digitise each individual module. A QR code accompanies each module through prefabrication, during assembly and documents every work step beyond acceptance – even later during operation.
