Versatile in use
The room module is always part of a larger whole.
Our aim is to design this part as large and functional as possible. We have therefore specialised in timber construction with room modules because this construction method has considerable advantages over other system construction methods. The priority is always to achieve the highest possible degree of prefabrication in order to minimise the trades on the construction site and thus significantly increase construction quality. This also shortens the construction time.
Three module types - multiplier for many uses
Our modular planning principle is based on three basic types. The closed room module offers the highest degree of prefabrication and is used in hotels, flats, residential complexes and social centres. The semi-open and open room modules are always used when larger room structures such as open spaces in office buildings, classrooms in schools and daycare centres, as well as flexible areas, for example on the ground floor of a residential complex, are required.
Flexible grid for maximum planning freedom
Our planning basis is not bound to a fixed grid in terms of design. However, economic transport logistics provide a certain framework that should be taken into account during planning.
Architectural freedom
Form follows function. This design principle is also the guiding principle of modular construction. The module in its use-specific function forms the core of the building. This means that there are almost no limits to the design of the building shape and envelope. This results in buildings that fulfil even the highest architectural demands. Our references are impressive.
