What we can rely on.

Our partners & friends

It’s not just timber constructions that demonstrate amazing load-bearing capacity. We also see partnerships with our clients, planners and craftsmen as having a high degree of load-bearing capacity when we focus on a common goal. What characterises our work is working together – this strengthens us as a team and turns major challenges into daily motivation.</p

Customer testimonials

In 2015, I met Christian Kaufmann while looking for a manufacturer of sanitary units for the WOODIE student residence. An initial informational discussion developed into a close, friendly collaboration that made WOODIE a game changer for us and the industry. Our now close partnership is characterised by constant innovation that underlines our creative and effective German-Austrian teamwork.

The Rockywood project in Offenbach harbour stands for
an innovative office concept with flexible space solutions
and a clear focus on sustainability through the
the use of wood in the construction.

Architect ROCKYWOOD

It should be clear that a building works, that it is constructed correctly in terms of craftsmanship and logically positioned in terms of spatial planning. However, it seems even more important to me that users enjoy entering it and that added value is generated for the neighbourhood. Even during the construction phase and after moving in, you notice the joy and motivation of the employees.

In addition to the sustainability aspect and time-saving production, it is important to us to integrate the building into the genius loci despite the pioneering technology. The building takes up the height and volume of the Marie-Elisabeth-Lüders-Haus opposite. The restrained silver façade cladding is in keeping with the exposed concrete of the neighbouring Houses of Representatives – a few coloured glass panels in the windows are a direct reference to the liveliness and diversity that characterise the German parliament.

Modular timber construction is also a possibility,
how communities can create affordable living space
for young families.

Michael Wehinger

JK&P Partner

Dealing with the level jump – the course of the terrain at the beginning of the development – the orientation of the office spaces – the visibility in dealing with the street – the modularity or room cell construction and how it can be optimised with a high degree of prefabrication … these were the main topics. The collaboration within the team of three architects was also exciting because it was a first for us. The planning was only possible thanks to the open and innovative attitude of the client. Working with the most innovative members of the team was a pleasure and created real added value.
