Precision and sustainability: modular timber construction at the heart of Josefhof Graz
The Josefhof Graz combines innovative modular timber construction with state-of-the-art healthcare architecture. The multi-award-winning new building with 120 barrier-free rooms, designed by the Graz-based architects Dietger Wissounig ZT GmbH, is a pioneering construction method: The prefabricated timber modules enable maximum precision, significantly shorten the construction time and ensure the sustainable use of resources. This CO2-neutral construction method not only creates ecological added value, but also integrates the building harmoniously into the surrounding forest and hilly landscape. The timber modules thus contribute significantly to the uniqueness and efficiency of the project.
