Revolution in timber construction

Together with KS Ingenieure ZT GmbH, we have contributed to the development of a pioneering system for modular timber high-rise buildings.

Thanks to the innovative combination of modular and skeleton construction, the system creates maximum flexibility, extends the service life and useful life of the buildings and enables heights of up to 24 storeys. The high degree of prefabrication enables a precise and resource-saving construction method that not only combines quality and sustainability, but also significantly reduces construction time, noise and pollution. The system is already patent pending and sets new standards for the construction method of the future. A next practical project is being planned – and we can hardly wait to test the possibilities further!
