Ground-breaking ceremony for Ville Campus Erftstadt

The foundation stone has been laid in Erftstadt for the Ville Campus, an ambitious project comprising 530 student flats and a versatile timber hybrid building. This educational campus, designed according to the Cradle to Cradle® concept, combines sustainable architecture with a biodiversity-promoting landscape concept. With its sustainable construction method using timber modules and environmentally friendly facilities, the campus sets new standards for ecological living and learning in Erftstadt.
