Building site update – Eugen-Bolz student hall of residence

The Eugen Bolz student residence, a project of the Rottenburg diocese in Stuttgart, is being built in the heart of an urban parkland. The innovative design of the building, inspired by tree structures, promotes both privacy and the integration of its residents of different faiths. Thanks to its open construction and the use of modular wooden boxes, the dormitory integrates perfectly into the surrounding nature and creates maximum visual connections as well as an inviting atmosphere. The shell is already in place, with pictures of the module production in Kalwang and the assembly on site illustrating the progressive realisation.
