Record-breaking project in Rostock

Following our successful LUISENBLOCK West project in Berlin with 460 timber modules, we are setting new standards in Rostock-Lichtenhagen: we are producing over 1000 timber modules for the Federal University of Applied Sciences for Public Administration – directly in our newly built plant in Rostock.

As general contractor, we are responsible for the entire planning, production and assembly of the sustainable campus, which comprises a university building and two residential blocks. Our concept impressed with its sustainability, flexibility and ability to build quickly and efficiently.

Production directly on site in Rostock enables us to minimise transport routes and deliver the modules to the construction site precisely on schedule.

With this project, we are once again underlining our expertise in timber module construction and our claim to deliver sustainable and innovative solutions for modern educational buildings. We are delighted to be part of this pioneering project!
