Modular timber construction for modern living in Feldkirch

In Flurgasse in Feldkirch, Vogewosi built two residential buildings, each with nine flats of different sizes. The flats are accessed via longitudinal pergolas, which allow for a functional and open-plan design.

Kaufmann Bausysteme realised the entire timber construction in a sustainable modular design on the existing underground car park. The pergolas were realised as a combination of steel structures and precast concrete elements. The team also carried out the façade and roofing work, creating a harmonious overall appearance.

The project impressively demonstrates how modular timber construction enables the fast, efficient and sustainable realisation of modern living concepts.
