ZERO – new project in Stuttgart, D

As a home for regional companies, ZERO. combines modern working environments with sustainable construction. On four full storeys plus a staggered and underground car park, it not only offers flexible office space, but also shared spaces such as a lobby, conference zone, sports area and a work café-restaurant on the ground floor.
The 286 prefabricated timber modules of the ZERO. are installed on a basement made of reinforced concrete. Thanks to the sustainable construction method, attention is paid not only to the choice of materials – such as the use of renewable raw materials and CO2 storage capacity – but also to controlled and efficient production with little waste and high quality.

Together with the client EEW Group and the project partners CPM GmbH – Gesellschaft für Projektmanagement, RIEHLE KOETH, merz kley partner and Transplan, we were able to participate in the project development at a very early stage. The modules have already been assembled in collaboration with BS Modulbau and completion of the building is in full swing. 🚀
